Vaccine lottery offering a HK$10m flat will open for registration on Jun 15

Registration for Sino Group’s vaccine lottery, which offers a HK$10 million flat, will open from 9am on June 15.

The lucky draw is jointly sponsored by Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Limited, the philanthropic arm of Sino Group, and Chinese Estates Holdings Limited.

It is open to Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above who have received two doses of Covid-19 vaccine in the city on or before September 1. Those who have received both doses before the announcement are also eligible.

Participants are required to register and submit applications via the lucky draw website by 5:30 pm on September 1.

There will be lucky draw ambassadors to help the public with online registration at ten designated counters of selected properties across Hong Kong from June 15, the group added.

Residents holding a valid Permanent ID card are eligible to enter the lucky draw for the grand prize award -- a one-bedroom residential apartment at Grand Central in Kwun Tong, with a floor area of 449 square feet and a value of approximately HK$10.8 million.

The group added that any stamp duty, registration fees and solicitors’ fees involved for the winner to receive the grand prize, and the first year management fees in respect of the grand prize, will be solely and fully borne by the sponsors.

For permanent residents and non-permanent residents, including those holding employment visa, can win one of the twenty prizes of a prepaid card or credit card with a value of HK$100,000 each.

The winners will be randomly drawn on September 8 by a specialist computer system designed by an external service provider, Ernst & Young Advisory Services Ltd. The result will be announced on the same day, and will be published in local newspaper on September 13.

Winners will be notified individually via phone and SMS messages.
