Executive Councilor Chan Kin-por, who has received the second booster jab, and lawmaker Stephen Wong Yuen-shan tested positive for Covid-19 and are now undergoing quarantine.
Chan, also a member of the Legislative Council, confirmed his infection via a PCR test, while Wong took a rapid antigen test and saw the result return positive.
Chan developed mild symptoms and had been to the LegCo Complex.
Wong, on the other hand, hadn't been to the LegCo Complex this month.
Both of them are now undergoing quarantine at their homes.
