Residents at Cypress House of Kwong Yuen Estate in Sha Tin have to undergo compulsory tests by 10pm today, with health authorities aiming to lift the lockdown by Tuesday noon.
Those at Block 13 of Yuet Wu Villa in Tuen Mun must get tested by 9pm, with the lockdown set to be lifted at 11am tomorrow.
Authorities said they issued the lockdown orders after considering the Covid-19 viral load in sewage samples from the buildings and relevant positive cases.
Meanwhile, the lockdown of Lok Chuen House of Shui Chuen O Estate in Sha Tin ended this morning.
Around 1,847 people were tested and two positive cases, as well as two indeterminate cases, were found. The Centre for Health Protection said it will arrange to follow up.
