'People will be able to travel here from anywhere'

Grant Shapps explains why all countries are being removed from the government's Covid travel red list.

Grant Shapps says people will be able to travel to the UK from anywhere in the world without quarantining when the remaining countries are removed from the Covid travel red list.

But the transport secretary told the BBC that the rule change, which will come in next Monday, won't apply to people from Colombia, Peru, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Venezuela and Ecuador who aren't fully vaccinated.
