The Ministry of Health (Minsa) reported that the owners of beauty parlors, a commercial activity corresponding to the third block, should be preparing for its eventual reopening, complying with sanitary protocols to avoid the spread of the coronavirus.
According to the Minsa, the opening date is not yet known, but in any case, the provisions must be taken to comply with the health protocols, before opening for business.
"The beauty rooms are contemplated for Block 3 and from this moment the Ministry of Health (MINSA), anticipates that the surgical mask must be used, considering that in these places the service is personalized and is provided unless a meter away”, details a MINSA statement.
Likewise, the beauty salons must comply with a series of mandatory measures such as the creation of the special health and hygiene committee for the prevention and care of the covid-19.
In addition, compliance with protocols and sanitary guidelines, frequent hand hygiene, use of masks, respiratory etiquette, among others, such as physical distance.
According to Nadja Porcell, CEO of Public Health of the Minsa, the service is likely to be provided by appointment only, unless the premise is large enough to cater multiple clients at the same time, considering the social distancing requirements.
