Rosario Turner, former Minister of Health, wished Moreno a speedy recovery, Lourdes a valuable physician and a leader with humanistic aspects, a speedy recovery, she wrote.

Since the first cases of COVID-19 in the country were confirmed, Moreno has led the update reports of figures and actions for the prevention of the virus.
