Legco president Andrew Leung and son to undergo quarantine after family tested positive

Legco president Andrew Leung Kwan-yuen and his son Clarence Leung Wang-ching, Under Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs, are currently undergoing home quarantine after one of their family members in their household tested positive for Covid-19.

They were both identified as close contacts after an assessment conducted by the Centre for Health Protection of the Department of Health, and were both undergoing quarantine in accordance with health authorities’ guidelines.

Both Leungs were said to have taken Covid-19 rapid antigen tests regularly with negative test results obtained. They also tested negative after conducting a test today.
