HK Express to increase flight frequencies after Hong Kong eases travel curbs

HK Express on Wednesday said it plans to add more than 400 passenger flights - more than 80,000 seats - in view of a recent surge in demand.

The announcement came after the Hong Kong government scrapped its Covid-19 hotel quarantine policy for all arrivals from September 26 and Japan lifted its travel restrictions for international travelers.

According to the airline, the additional 80,000 seats will be added to popular routes flying between Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Bangkok, and Singapore.
