HK Brands and Products Expo opening set for Friday

The 56th Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo is set to open this Friday and will run till January 1 next year at Victoria Park, featuring over 860 booths.

The expo will open daily from 11am to 9pm between December 9 and 31, and from 11am to 7pm on its last day.

The expo this year will feature a designated zone displaying classic toys of different eras, taking expo-goers on a journey through time to witness the evolution of toys in the territory.

The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong president, Allen Shi Lop-tak, said on Tuesday that the scale of the expo this year has finally gone back up to pre-Covid levels, showing the city is on the path to normalcy.

Visitors will have to pay HK$8 for admission, while children with a height shorter than one meter, seniors aged 65 or above, and people with disabilities can visit the expo for free.
