France requests COVID-19 tests from travelers from Panama

The French Embassy in the Republic of Panama reported that starting on Saturday, July 18, to enter the French country, travelers from Panama will have to present a negative swab test for COVID-19.

This, in the framework of the state of sanitary emergency in France, the Government announced a series of restrictions to enter its territory.

In a statement, the Embassy details that the PCR (Protein C Reactive) test must be performed 72 hours before the travel. Otherwise, the traveler will have to carry out a mandatory quarantine of 14 days at the address indicated in the (contact document) distributed by the airline.

They also request to download and complete a derogation international displacement document and the affidavit justifying the absence of symptoms of COVID-19, available on the site of the French Ministry of the Interior. You must present these attestations at check-in.
