Dry law is enacted on weekends in the Aguadulce district until mid-August

Given the increase in cases of COVID-19 in the province of Coclé, the Mayor's office of Aguadulce temporarily banned the sale of alcoholic beverages from Friday to Sunday from July 17 to August 16.

The dry law begins from 7:00 pm on Friday and ends on Monday at 5:00 am and will last for a month.

The sanctions for those who break the law will be from $100 to $1,000.

According to Mayor Jorge Herrera, this measure does not go against the measures imposed by the Ministry of Health, and is based on the increase in cases in the district.
