Colombia’s health system pushed to hilt amid surge in cases, slow vaccinations

As coronavirus cases in Colombia reach record levels, hospitals are on the brink of collapse. Authorities have imposed new movement restrictions but that has done little to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. And only 2.7 percent of Colombians have been vaccinated so far.
