The National Police reported this Sunday on the retention of 21 citizens who breached the mobility restrictions established for the provinces of Panama and Panama West.

Through a tour at Coronado Beach and the streets of this sector, in conjunction with personnel from the Municipality of Chame, the Police found people wandering and swimming; ignoring the restrictions.

The people who broke the rules were arrested and brought before the authorities.

Given the increase in cases of COVID-19, these two provinces since June 8 returned to the measures of mobility restriction by gender and by the last digit of their ID or passport; while for the weekends the curfew was established, extended from Saturday at 5:00 pm to Monday at 5:00 am
