According to the official data, the total number of infected with the virus in the country is now 29,905, while 15,270 patients have clinically recovered from the disease. There are currently 14,060 active cases.
Deaths
A total of 17 new deaths were recorded over 24 hours. Six of the new death cases were women at age between 59 and 80. Five of the death cases were men at age between 38 and 91. Most death cases are age related, had diabetes or other cardio vascular conditions. The fatality rate is currently at 1.92%.
Testing
3,037 new tests were conducted in since the last report, of which 28.6% were positive. The number of total tests is now 120,303, of which 87,575 were negative.
Testing rate is reported to cover 2,812 per 100,000 population.
Treatment
12,457 patients are in home isolation and 741 are in so-called hospital hotels.
The Ministry of Health also reported that 714 are in the hospital ward and 148 in the intensive care units.
