This week sees the launch of a programme making high-flying careers more accessible.

This week sees the launch of a new round of applications for the 10,000 Black Interns programme - an initiative aiming to make high-flying careers in the corporate world more accessible.

Amise Ophelia-Brown applied for hundreds of internships without success but was given a chance by the programme. She's since gone on to secure a permanent role in executive search at Marlin Hawk in London.
