Woman hit by Rehabus while trying to catch a bus

A woman who was chasing after a bus was hit by a Rehabus in Kwun Tong.

It is understood that the woman was rushing across the road to catch a bus when she was hit by a Rehabus near the McDonald's on Tsui Ping Road in Kwun Tong at 1.37pm.

A Rehabus is a vehicle which provides transportation services for the disabled and those who have walking difficulties.

She received a head injury and fell into a coma. After resuscitation, she regained consciousness and was sent to hospital.

The lower right windshield of the Rehabus shattered.
