Two-thirds of schools’ students can return to campuses after Easter holiday

The Education Bureau announced today that two-thirds of schools’ students can return to campuses on a half-day basis after the Easter holidays.

According to the bureau, schools can allow students of different levels to take turns returning to campuses, providing an opportunity for every student to be back with their classmates at school.

Secondary schools can arrange two sessions of half-day face-to-face classes or assessments in the morning and the afternoon, but pupils can only sit for one session each day to avoid them from heading out for meals which might increase their risk of infection.

While Primary schools can also arrange for pupils to return to a school for face-to-face classes or exams on a half-day basis in the morning.
