A container truck driver was trapped inside his vehicle after four cars collided on Tin Shui Wai-bound Yuen Long Highway at about 1.33 pm on Tuesday.
The four vehicles involved a private car, a box truck, a dump truck and a container truck.
According to a video online, the private car going along the highway suddenly slowed down. Those behind it failed to brake in time and rammed into each other.
The container truck crashed into the rear of the dump truck. Its driver was trapped as the truck's front's dented.
The driver was rescued by firefighters and sent to the hospital along with the box truck driver who reported neck pain.
The case was under police investigation.
