Tiffany's Flagship Store Evacuated as Fire Erupts Near 5th Ave Storefront

A fire occurred near Tiffany & Co.'s flagship store on 5th Ave in Manhattan, causing smoke to pour out of the building.

The fire started in an electrical vault and was contained to the vault.

Approximately 100 people were evacuated, and two were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.

The fire comes two months after the store reopened after a costly renovation.

Tiffany's CEO, Bernard Arnault, changed the renovation plans after getting lost in the building.

The store contains pricey jewels and artwork by famous artists.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, and Tiffany & Co. has not responded to requests for comment.
