The Central American Transit Service (Sertracen) resumed from Monday the process of renewal of driver's licenses.
Jorge Villamizar, general manager of Sertracen, explained that customer service is provided by appointment, which can be requested through the entity's website.
"We are attending a 25% capacity, the system automatically assigns the appointment based on that parameter and remember that the person must show up five minutes before the appointment and they will be attended to here," he explained.
He added that care has been taken up again according to the mobility restrictions for citizens established by the Ministry of Health (Minsa), according to gender and the latest issue of the ID.
The fully online application process was earlier announced to launch June 15.
