Sertracen announces the office opening hours and conditions starting June 8

The Central American Transit Service, SA (Sertracen) announced that from June 8 it will reopen its doors to serve the public by appointment, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

"Sertracen restarts its operations nationwide on Monday, June 8, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, it is a special reduced schedule, and we have implemented all the security protocols approved by the National Government" José Alberto Lisac, CEO of Sertracen, announced.

The entity's statement informs that from this Friday, June 5, users will be able to schedule their appointment by entering the page https://appointments.sertracen.com.pa for any procedure.

The application procedure:

1. Enter www.sertracen.com.pa
2. Choose if it's First Time or Extension
3. Select the type of license
4. Fill the form with all the information requested
5. Schedule the appointment desired on the calendar
6. Arrive 15 minutes before the agreed time, do not forget to bring the following documents:

- Identity document (ID for Panamanians, passport and immigration card for foreigners)
- Requirements according to procedure (it is indicated when you fill out the form)

Every person who comes to the facility must comply with sanitary protocol to be able to enter: no more than body 37°C temperature, wearing a mask, shoe disinfection, keeping 2 meters social distance, and no companions will be allowed, indicates the statement from the Sertracen.

License online application and home delivery

Sertracen informs that from June 15 the renewal of licenses can be carried out 100% online. The license will be delivered to the applicant's home or office.
