Police look into burnt China's flags in Lok Fu

Police are now looking into the burnt flags of China and banners found on Fu Mei Street in Lok Fu this morning. No one was arrested so far.

Citizens reported to police around 6am on Friday morning, saying they found around 20 flags of China hoisted by the fence on the street were burnt. A banner displayed nearby in celebration of the National Day as well.

Officers then arrived and patrolled in the area. Yet no arrest was made so far.

The cases were listed as criminal damage and arson. Officers are also investigating if the two cases are related.
