Octopus has resumed its online top-up service on Tuesday afternoon, after suspending it for hours earlier today.
In a Facebook post at 4.30pm, Octopus apologized for the suspension and said the service resumed.
Customers who failed to top up their cards online after paying by credit cards will get a refund automatically.
Money transferred from FPS for top-up will be stored in the Octopus wallet.
