Mark Six New Year Snowball of HK$80m up for grabs

Hongkongers can try their luck by purchasing a Mark Six lottery ticket which could see them winning an up to HK$80 million first prize fund, including a snowball of HK$60 million, starting Thursday night.

The Mark Six New Year Snowball draw will be held next Tuesday (Jan 4, 2022).

The two lucky numbers “43” and “34” have been drawn five times and four times respectively in the 10 previous snowball draws.

In the past four Snowball draws, four first-prize winners out of six won with Multiple Entry Tickets.

The first-prize winner of the Mid-Autumn Festival Snowball invested a unit in the seven-number Multiple Quick Pick Ticket, while that of the Summer Snowball invested half a unit in the seven-number Multiple Self-pick Ticket.

As for the Chinese New Year Snowball last year, one winner invested half a unit in the seven-number Multiple Self-pick Ticket, while another winner invested a unit in the eight-number Multiple Quick Pick Ticket.

Customers with eight favorite numbers can opt to buy an eight-number Multiple Entry Ticket, which is split into 28 single entries. A Multiple Entry Ticket bearing six drawn numbers will entitle the ticket holder to one first prize, 12 third prizes and 15 fifth prizes.

Winners holding a partial unit will receive prize money commensurate with their investment.

Mark Six tickets for the New Year Snowball draw will be available at Off-Course Betting Branches, Telebet (including 1886 Telebet Automated Services) and Interactive Services, including Online Betting Service (eWin) and Mobile Betting Service, after the draw on Thursday night.

Tickets will be on sale until 9.15 pm on January 4, 2022, the day of the draw.

To allow more time for purchasing tickets, the draw scheduled for Sunday (January 2, 2022) will not be held.
