Man died with knife stabbed into chest

A man in his 60s was found dead inside a North Point hotel room, with a knife stabbed into his chest.

He was declared dead at the scene.

At around 5pm today, police received a report from a hotel staff, saying a man was unconscious inside a room.

Police cordoned off the hotel's entrance and brought a service dog for helping investigation.

Eastern district police are investigating his identity and cause of the incident.
