Macau imposes 14-day quarantine for arrivals from Taiwan

Macau has tightened quarantine requirements for visitors from Taiwan and for residents who have visited the island, from midnight Friday.

Visitors and residents who have been to Taiwan in the 14 days before entering Macau must undergo a 14 days of quarantine as well as seven more days of self-health management, the Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Center has announced.

Also, a certificate of negative nucleic acid result for the coronavirus disease is required 72 before boarding a flight, compared with seven days allowed earlier.
