At the weekly media briefly on Tuesday ahead of the Executive Council meeting, she told reporters that she would very much like to go into the community saying "law and order has been restored" after the implementation of the national security law in July.
"Chaos has been replaced by peacefulness. I am very willing, very ready to go to meet the people of Hong Kong," she said.
