The Hong Kong Tourism Board is planning to roll out a third round of “Free Tour” program of Hong Kong local tours for local residents, with the aim of encouraging citizens to roll up their sleeves to get vaccinated.
The board previously announced two rounds of the program for tourism recovery and boosting the local economy.
Citizens who spend HK$800 or more at designated retail and dining outlets can join the tours for free.
According to reports, the new round of the program will not require citizens to splash their dollars, only requiring them to receive the two-dose vaccination.
