HK Express flight makes emergency return to Hong Kong after losing cabin pressure

An HK Express flight bound for Fukuoka, Japan from Hong Kong made an emergency return to the airport soon after take-off due to a suspected loss in cabin pressure on Tuesday morning.

The flight UO600 took off from the Hong Kong International Airport at around 7.40am this morning and landed at 9.33pm, with no injuries reported among its passengers.

It is understood that the captain once requested authorities to stand by for emergencies, with multiple engines of the Fire Services Department and ambulances mobilized on the scene.
