The flat where the horrifying body-dragging murder case unfolded was revealed for the first time.

The 700-square-foot flat on the ground floor of 18 Galore Garden has three rooms and a living room with a 400-square-foot garden full of clothes and stuff including fish tank, rubber inflatable pool and plastic buckets.

The living room is piled up with miscellaneous items like kids basketball hoop, office chair, dog cage, kids toys and water bottles. Scooters and shoe cabinets for children were seen outside the flat.

The village house where the flat is located is three stories high, of which the first floor appears to have been vacant for long, while the second floor is sealed with wooden boards and there are scaffolding outside the house.

The murder suspect Ng Ka-sing and the victim Yip Tsz-ching share the same flat with three friends, who are also charged with preventing the lawful burial of a body.

Police found that the victim was dragged out to the living room and toilet after she was killed, while the other flatmates were at home at that time.

According to the nearby real estate companies, the house concerned has three floors, of which the flat on the second floor was on sale. The flat where the murder happened was not entrusted to rent.
