Davey: If PM has any integrity he'd call an election

In a keynote speech, Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey says the Tories are scared they'd lose a general election.

Lib Dem leader Sir Ed Davey has said if the prime minister had a "shred of integrity left" he would call a general election.

He was speaking to his party after the Liberal Democrat conference was cancelled due to the Queen's death in September.

Sir Ed also suggested the Conservative were scared they would lose an election if one was called.
