Chip Roy Accuses Zelensky Of 'Purposeful Theater' In Address To Congress

In House floor remarks last night, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), in a back-and-forth with Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) said that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's speech to the US Congress was purposely timed to get the omnibus passed.
