A man will remain under arrest, after he was charged with rape of a six-year-old girl, in the district of La Chorrera, West Panama.
During a bail hearing, the Public Ministry, represented by the Prosecutor Nabila Bravo, requested the precautionary measure of provisional detention, which was considered by the Judge as the most suitable, necessary and proportional taking into account the nature of the event and the risks that exist.
Two men were originally arrested connected to the case, are sought also for armed robbery.
The Judge established a period of six months of investigation in this case.
